Razorfish have released the follow up to their excellent trends report, Digital Outlook 2009. Elaborting on the social media area, or as they like to refer to it,”Social Influence Marketing” is their report Fluent.

The report includes data that shows:

1) Companies still haven’t figured out how to manage their brand in social media

2) Television is not dead

3) Social Media is most definately measureable

    Very true… most companies just say “Oh, we need Twitter” and yet have no idea how to effectively use it. Which is why I am so annoyed by being told we need to have some of these with no guidance.
